This holiday season I will tie bells to my shoelaces as I participate in the Jingle Bell Run/Walk® for Arthritis, a 5K fun run/walk to benefit the Arthritis Foundation. This will be my first run.

Arthritis affects more than 46 million Americans. My grandfather was one of them. I remember how difficult it was for him to hold a fork. Buttoning his shirt became an impossible task for him. Please help me raise money to fight one of the nation’s most common causes of disability – ARTHRITIS.
